The main cause of baldness in men (androgenetic alopecia) in men is dihydrotestosterone (DHT), hormone androgen. Normally, DHT plays a role in sexual development of man, but an increased level of DHT leads to hair loss. Here's how it goes: if it is not too much DHT in the scalp, forcing the hair follicles (which is part of the skin), hair grow, blocking the blood supply to the level of the follicle. Since hair follicles are not always the nutrients they need toblood, stops growing and then shrinking. This leads to thinner hair growth gradually disappear entirely.
The obvious solution to the problem of baldness is to block DHT. Prescription drugs to prevent finasteride (Propecia), the conversion of testosterone into DHT thus preventing the general level of DHT in the body and loss of hair. However, chemically synthesized drugs, a number of unpleasant side effects (eg erectile dysfunction) and their use is notrecommended.
There are natural alternatives to drugs available. It works the same way, by reducing DHT. However, these treatments are, of course, have no side effects. Three more effective treatments for the loss of natural hair are:
Saw Palmetto. It 'an inhibitor of DHT-based plant, which is less expensive than prescription drugs and without side effects. Stop the process of testosterone into DHT, so thatwhat more natural than prescription drugs.
Seeds. Support for the distribution of DHT in the liver.
Zinc. Supplementation with oral zinc in preventing the conversion of testosterone into DHT.
Effective Natural Cures baldness usually contains a mixture of these ingredients and nutrients to further promote and facilitate the growth of hair.
